some kind of rural pension extended at level of a thermal hotel. Good food, not so diversified. Small and intimate spa (when there are not so many children out there). The rooms are big but the beds are not so confortable in twinn rooms. The program of the spa is long enough (until 22.00 is open)

Good location is all this place has going for it. The list of poor amenities is long, but here are a few: our room, horrible mattress, shower handles missing, bulbs not working, old equipment (crt tv, with reception so poor it displays the matrix), additional bed good For a dog. Breakfast, if you want toast don't forget to power it on at the mains, and don't worry it's already dented. The single coffee machine is popular, queue early, and add your own milk, it doesn't. Staff are friendly and its relatively cheap, but 3 stars it is not. Wi-Fi is awful from Park and 3G signal only due to location Hot water takes a few minutes to arrive but it's faster than the Wi-Fi.

Great place terrible service... Only buy the three hour ticket. If you overstay automatically they charge you the daily price. On the contrary if you buy the regular ticket and leave after a couple of hours, they cannot change the price and you end up paying double. I think it is called stealing.

I have spent two relaxing days with my parents at the Thermal Park. The resort is located in a beautiful setting in the valley of the healing waters. The hot water coming from the depths of the Earth has proven beneficial effects for musculosceletal problems, like osteoarthritis and tge like. The place is surrounded by woods providing beauty and clean air. Friendly staff, clean premisses. This family friendly resort has a hot pool to help you relax your muscles and a colder pool for swimming or just to cool down if you like. You can choose from infra red-, steam or Finnish saunas. A variety of massage therapies are also available. The food they serve is Hungarian home style cooking and it is excellent. We had buffet style breakfasts and dinners here. I rented a bike and visited both neighbouring villages: Demjén and Egerszalók. In Egerszalók I took a tour of the Cave Dwellings. Eger is only 5 kilometers from this resort. Eger is a historical city with a fort and an old city worthy to be explored on a day trip. My parents have been here three times already and they plan to visit again.

The place itself was fine. The rooms are nota always nice the appartements sometimes missing proper kitchen equipments and sofas are overused. The rooms got some issues with bugs. The staff however gave really bad experiences. During breakfast and dinner 3 of the 3 waiters hiding behond their desk taking care of glasses instead of providing service or asking for drinks. When I asked for a missing knife the waiter told me Perhaps I can get one he don't know if there's any.??? The food was sometimes good sometimes really bad. (Rare meats uncooked potatoes etc.) The traditional hungarian dishes were fine but fine dining foods are awful.

Staff is far from nice, terms of all inclusive are very shady, the steam cabin will electrocute you (if it happens to be working) and magnetic cards for the rooms are really unreliable. All that aside, good experience, but definitely not four stars.

The hotel is conveniently located at the outskirts of Egerszalók, and offering a very relaxing getaway for couples and families. It has its own spa with a medium sized swimming pool (33C°) and a circular pool for hot thermal bathing (38C°). It also offers a range of saunas (Swedish, steam and aroma). Has ample parking space.

We had a very bad experience. Light shining the whole night directly to our room, noisy neighbors with noisy dogs, whole day without heating and warm water, very disgusting surrounding full of trash, mold fruit at reception, room service took our towels and forgot to give us new ones, ....
