D	Dorka Kelemen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A híd kicsit zavaró volt hogy majdnem a vízben van és a deszkákra is rá férne egy kis javítás. De a hely nagyon szép! The bridge was a bit confusing to be almost in the water and the boards could also need a little repair. But the place is very beautiful!

Beautiful, special place. The row of planks crossing the backwater would fit into a renovation, but it would be more adventurous to walk around the place. ? There is no shortage of mosquitoes!

Á	Ágnes Lechner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nagyon szép hely, jól kiépített, kellemesen lehet sétálni, túrázni, vagy akár csónakázni is. Természetközeli, meg őzet is láttunk. :) A parkolónál lévő büfé nem drága, és valami isteni a túrós sütijük. Így nyáron az erdős részeken picit sok a szúnyog, de az élmény miatt megéri arra sétálni. Én biztosan megyek még! :) Very nice place, well built, you can enjoy walking, hiking or even boating. We also saw a deer close to nature. :) The buffet at the parking lot is not expensive and their cheesy cookies are something divine. So in the summer there is a bit of a mosquito in the wooded parts, but because of the experience it is worth walking for. I'm definitely going for more! :)

The Mártély educational trail is a great place for those who want to get away from the noise of the city a bit and are therefore willing to walk a few kilometers in the floodplain forest.
M	Márton Nagy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A mártélyi holtág nagyon szép, de mi a legszebbnek a strand felől nézve találtuk, ami éppen a holtág kanyarulatával szemben van és onnan belátni a holtág mindkét ágába. A tanösvény egy rövidebb erdei sétaút, majd a nádas-vizes rész feletti talán 200 méteres rozoga pallósor, majd ismét erdei sétaút. A pallósor csalódás volt, talán egy belvizes-korhadt fás vízfelület felett megy el, ami a netre feltöltött képeken szerepelni is szokott. A tanösvény a pallósor után pár perc séta után elér a Tiszához (egy faház, illetve jobbra kék vízműves létesítmény van itt). Ezek után hosszasan halad a Tisza partján, de sehol nem lehet lejutni a Tiszához, olyan magas és meredek a part. A fák miatt igazán szép kilátás sincs a folyóra. Így néhány kilométer után feladtuk és visszafordultunk. Visszafelé úton több szembejövő család is kérdezte tanácstalanul, hogy meddig tart a tanösvény és lesz-e még valami látnivaló. Erről több információ kellene a helyszínen. Parkolni egyébként nem ott lehet, ahol a google térkép jelzi a tanösvényt, hanem a strandtól nem messze, a Tisza utcában vannak parkolók, innen a part mellett balra indulva rövid sétával érhető el a tanösvény kezdete. The Martín backwater is very beautiful, but we found it to be the most beautiful from the beach, which is just opposite the bend of the backwater and from there you can see both branches of the backwater. The study trail is a shorter forest walk, then a rickety plank line of maybe 200 meters above the reed-water part, then again a forest walk. The row of planks was a disappointment, perhaps passing over an inland-rotten woody surface of water, which is also seen in the images uploaded to the net. The study trail reaches the Tisza after a few minutes' walk after the plank line (there is a wooden house and a blue waterworks facility to the right). After that it goes for a long time on the banks of the Tisza, but nowhere can you get down to the Tisza, the shore is so high and steep. There is no really nice view of the river due to the trees. So after a few miles we gave up and turned back. On the way back, several oncoming families asked helplessly how long the study trail would last and if there would be anything else to see. More information on this would be needed on site. By the way, it is not possible to park where the google map indicates the educational trail, but not far from the beach, there are parking lots in Tisza street, starting from the shore to the left, the beginning of the educational trail can be reached on foot.
