★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My friend and I used their services last week, the week of March 2. I left a woolen overcoat for cleaning. They cleaned it so that it shrunk in size and the fabric actually looks worse that it was before! In addition, they completely disregarded details on the coat such as buckles on the belt and sleeves. These are completely ruined now from chemical exposure or some treatment. Checking fabrics and deciding on the appropriate method of dry cleaning is the minimum one would expect from such a service. They didn't do it. Be careful!
