★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kind of a ghost town and at the same time reminding of Stalinist architecture. Can't believe people would move into such place. Seems expensive, low quality, and no style. Shocking in a way. And if you find the strategic map, you realize they only built 20% of the plan. Luckily.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For me, as a visitor just passing by and walking around the deserted streets, it was really like being in a movie set! All buildings are different in style and they all look brand new (in fact, some are still under construction). They are also tall/multi storey, as if they belonged to a contemporary city centre, and no cars are allowed in. There's a café, a hair salon, a mini-market (closed during the weekend!). But somehow it still feels like some kind of museum or ghost forgotten city. I just didn't expect anything like it and I was truly surprised. I loved it! I tried to cross the nearby bridge to reach on foot the outlet which is at visible distance, but to no avail. Unfortunately, it is not possible to get there. There's a bus serving the development which takes you to Kelenfold station, but again, not running on the weekend.
