I was really happy that I could pay attention to my balance and shifting weight from time to time and breath correctly during 2022 ski! I didn’t have any tiredness of legs like before! i was very satisfied with myself, all those little improvements for skiing, only I could notice them!
Back from one week ski trip, i am so proud of my trainer, Zoltan!? I am happily continuing with training and improving, no doubt!
