Kecskeméten terveztük dec.28-án a Rákász Gergely koncertjét megnézni, meghallgatni az Evangélikus Templomban, évek óta visszatérő rajongóként, de sajnos a helyi Tourinform Iroda dec.23-án bezárt, ami jegyvásárlásra lett megjelölve, így jegy nélkül maradtunk. Nem értem, miért vannak szombaton zárva a városközpontban, ahol rengeteg turista megfordul, különösen így az ünnepek idején. Másik jegyárusító hely is megjelölhető lenne az Önök zárva tartásának idejére? Várom megtisztelő válaszukat. Köszönettel. Dear Office! We planned to watch Gergely Rákász's concert in Kecskemét on December 28th, to listen to it in the Lutheran Church as a returning fan for years, but unfortunately the local Tourinform Office closed on December 23rd, which was marked for ticket purchase, so we were left without a ticket. I do not understand why they are closed on Saturday in the city center, where many tourists turn around, especially during the holidays. Can another ticket outlet be tagged for the duration of your closure? Look forward to your kind reply. Thanks.

Igaz 100%-on vannak a szallasok, de biztos 2019 jan. 2-72 kozott varjak a turista rohamot Kecskemeten...? Prospektusuk azert volt. Unfortunately, they had no idea which museums were open between Christmas and New Year. You help, NONE. True, the accommodations are 100%, but for sure, Jan 2019. 2-72 crow crows in Kecskemet ... ? Their brochure was azert.

Nekem meg sem kellett szólalnom, hiszen a hölgyek nagyon jól beszélnek angolul, nem utolsó sorban németül. Az irodában minden információs kiadványt megtaláltam három nyelven, amire szükségünk volt. Az állomásról könnyen megtaláltuk a Tourinformot, ajánlottak egy szuper éttermet és lovas programot, ami a családomnak nagyon tetszett. Köszönjük Tourinform csapata! Legközelebb is jövünk. The customer briefing ladies were happy to help me and my friend of British descent. I didn't even have to speak, because the ladies speak English very well, not least German. In the office I found all the information brochures in three languages that we needed. We easily found Tourinform from the station, offered a super restaurant and horse riding program, which my family really liked. Thank you Tourinform team! Next time we come.

Ami külön pozitívum, hogy a térképen bejelölt fel nem tüntetett múzeumot, ill. jelezte, hogy mi nem aktuális, így feleslegesen ne menjen oda a túrista önmagának csalódást okozni. The information lady was kind and helpful. He was happy to recommend a museum and even a restaurant after I told him what I was interested in. What is a special positive is that you marked an unmarked museum on the map, resp. indicated that what is not current, so do not unnecessarily go there to disappoint the tourist himself.
