★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saját vélemény. Javaslom, hogy aki tartós és jó matracot szeretne vásárolni, az NE BestDream Siglo matracot vegyen. A BioHome (megszűnt, tudomásom szerint a jogutódja a Matracgurut üzemeltető cég) ezt a márkanevű matracot "15 év gyártói garanciával a belső magra" árulta. A Trend-Port Kft. (tudomásom szerint a forgalmazó és a BestDream név tulajdonosa, illetve ennek az oldalnak is az üzemeltetője) a gyártóra hivatkozva utasította el a garanciális igényt. Az elutasítás oka, "elhasználódás miatt a csere nem javasolt". A Békéltető Testület előtt a cég képviselője nem jelent meg, aki hitelt érdemlően igazolhatta volna a gyártó kilétét, ezért az eljárást megszüntették. Meghatározás szerint: "Gyártónak minősül a termék előállítója és forgalmazója is. Az új PTK. a szolgáltatás minőségével kapcsolatos rendelkezéseknél (6:123. §) tartalmaz arra való utalást, hogy a termék előállítója alatt az importálót is érteni kell, ezért megítélésünk szerint importált termék esetén az importáló is gyártónak tekinthető, akit a termékszavatossági követelmények terhelnek."
 My opinion. I recommend that if you want to buy a durable and good mattress, buy the NE BestDream Siglo mattress. BioHome (discontinued, to the best of my knowledge, the successor to Mattressguru) sold this branded mattress "with a 15-year manufacturer's warranty on the inner core." Trend-Port Kft. (To the best of my knowledge, the distributor and the owner of the BestDream name, as well as the operator of this site) rejected the warranty claim, referring to the manufacturer. The reason for rejection is "replacement is not recommended due to wear and tear". A representative of the company, who could have credibly proved the identity of the manufacturer, did not appear before the Conciliation Board, so the proceeding was terminated. By definition: "A producer is also a producer and a distributor of a product. The new PTK. In this case, the importer shall also be considered to be the manufacturer who is subject to the product warranty requirements. "
