★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Egy körvakut rendeltem tőlük.Nem szoltak, hogy megerkezett az utalas es mehetek a rendelesert. Nekem kellett bemenni rakerdezni. Az aru bontott volt. Biztositottak rola, hogy csak kiallitasi darab. Otthon kibontva hianyzott 2 alkatresz is. Telefonon nem lehet elerni oket. Korabban vakut probaltam javittatni naluk, amin napra pontosan 3 honapig (!!) ultek, a szemelyzet igergetett mindent, bar alig lehetett veluk kommunikalni ezido alatt. Hiaba telt el ennyi ido, vegul csak nem sikerult teto ala hozni a dolgot. Kertem, hogy hadd hozhassam el a javitandot, de meg szemelyes ugyintezessel sem sikerult hasznalhato informaciot szerezni rola hetekig. Botranyos szerintem, hogy egy elado ilyen minosegben vegezze a tevekenyseget.
I ordered a circular flash from them. I had to go inside to rock. It was broken. They assured rola that it was just an exhibition piece. When unpacked at home, 2 parts were also missing. You can't catch them on the phone. Previously, I tried to fix a flash with them, on which I spent exactly 3 months a day (!!), the staff promised everything, although it was hardly possible to communicate with them during this time. So much time had elapsed, and in the end I just couldn't bring it to the roof. I was gardening to let me bring in the jargand, but I didn't manage to get usable information for weeks. I think it's scandalous for a salesman to do business like this.
