★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Olyan taxit kértem ahol lehet kártyával fizetni(Pesten ezt nem kell külön kiemelni!), majd fél óra várakozás után felhivtam a hölgyet, hogy mostmár nem kérném a taxit mert nem érném el a vonatot. Azt mondta a hölgy, hogy ő próbálta küldeni csakhát kevés az ilyen autójuk. Úgy gondolom hogyha én feltudtam hívni őket, hogy nem kérem a szolgáltatást, a hölgynek is illett volna jelezni, hogy bocs nem fog menni senki. Van hova fejlődni az ügyfélszolgáltatásban!
I asked for a taxi where you can pay by card (this doesn't have to be highlighted in Pest!), And after waiting for half an hour, I called the lady so that I wouldn't ask for a taxi now because I couldn't reach the train. She told the lady that she was trying to send only a few of their cars. I think if I had been able to call them that I wasn’t asking for service, the lady should have indicated that sorry no one was going to go. There is room for improvement in customer service!
