★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there to the immigration office. Nice staff and organized. Not everybody speaks English but they are helpful, and it might be good to check the opening hours before going.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a preface, I've lived in Hungary for 2 years. The security staff and ticket lady were, surprisingly, very very polite but, after waiting for 4.5 hours, the guy I dealt with for my residence cert was just plain hostile and purposely trying to intimidate us, despite it being my EU right to reside and work in this country without question. He refused to give his name or wear a mask during the mandated government order. He was a bully, no question. There is a portal you can find online for filing complaints, just google it, the office is obligated to investigate it and respond, that's what I did, 'Gabor' got fired.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The visit was okay, the staff at reception helpful and the ladies in the office too. We were there in the afternoon (outside of public opening times), so the place was empty and service fast. 4 stars because we were not supposed to be/go there to start with.

Asked my boss to come and arrange the registration card. 2 hours later i am still waiting and i still have 6 numbers in fornt of me. When i realize that at my venue i had 8 numbers in front i think around 17:30 i will be done here. It is a shame how they treat the peoples here. For which reason we make appointment???
