Ők voltak az egyetlenek, akik tényleg segíteni akartak és meg is akarták oldani a problémámat. Végül egy ötvös segítségével, de alig két hét alatt sikerült!:) Gyönyörű munka, köszönöm! :) I usually never appreciate it, but they deserve it :) They were terribly nice :) I got a watch as a gift, but unfortunately the metal strap was too small for my hand. I also went to 4-5 service, but everywhere they said they could take my eyes out, but they couldn’t expand. They were the only ones who really wanted to help and also wanted to solve my problem. Eventually with the help of a goldsmith, but in just two weeks! :) Beautiful job, thank you! :)

Ha lenne normál órám is, ide hoznám, ha gond lenne vele. I can only recommend a pleasant, good atmosphere, upscale shop / workshop where you are welcome even if you are just going to make a buckle. If I had a normal watch, I'd bring it here if I had a problem with it.

Kb. 30 perc múlva értem az üzletbe ( amit rendkívüli tisztaság, rendezett áruk jellemeznek). Belépés után, egy elegáns, intelligens stílusú úr fogadott. Már telefonon jeleztem, hogy sürgős az általam igényelt szervíz. Ennek megfelelően, gyorsan megtörtént az elem cseréje és a nyomáspróba. A szakszerűen szervizelt órám mellé, garancia kártyát és tanácsokat is kaptam. A többi órámat is ide fogom hozni. Nagyon elégedetten távoztam. Örököltem egy 40-50 éves Doxa karórát ami működésképtelen volt és az üveg is látott már szebb napokat ? 2 hét alatt elkészült ? amikor először megpillantottam nagyapám óráját szinte hibátlan állapotban… igazán megható pillanat volt ? Az üzlet rendezett, a kiszolgálás példaértékű, tökéletes kommunikáció, árképzés az elvégzett munka minősége alapján kifogástalan. Gyorsan elterjedt a családban, hogy találtam egy igazán jó óraszervizt/ órásmestert ? egyből elő is kerültek a fiókokból a régi családi karórák amik pont egy ilyen szervizre vártak. I highly recommend it to everyone! I inherited a 40-50 year old Doxa watch that was inoperable and the glass has seen more beautiful days ? It was done in 2 weeks ? when I first saw my grandfather's watch in almost flawless condition… it was a really touching moment ? The business is tidy, the service is exemplary, perfect communication, pricing is impeccable based on the quality of the work done. It quickly spread in the family that I found a really good watch service / watchmaker ? the old family watches that were just waiting for such a service were immediately found in the drawers.
