★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The totally new market hall is nice, although I also liked the atmosphere of the previous one. Upstairs there are places where you can have cooked food and there's seating, too. Some fruit and veg stalls are open even on a Sunday.
Lovely Christmas market. A bit on the small side, but prices of articles, its atmosphere/charm and the surrounding will make the experience worth the trip!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice market hall in Ujpest and outside vendors on Saturday, it has the usual fruit, vegetables, cheese, pickles, meat and bakery items. Didn't see many tourists in this part of town.
They are building a brand new fancy modern market hall right behind this one. So the days of this one looking so old and retro are numbered. The new building should be open soon.
