Standing in line for 45 minutes just to deposit some money? WTF!

Be patient till your turn arrives. But once they call you, the friendly staff will work to solve your problems and doubts successfully. They speak English.

Really really really really really really really SLOW. Enjoy your time here. Remember to carry your laptop and power bank and family and house. You may take a shower.

One of the worst branches ever. Even though there were only two clients in total on the queue, including me, I waited for more than half an hour and this wasn’t the first time. The way that the staff talks to was so rude and hasty.

Only one(!!!) cashier handling cash transactions and any related issues, resulting in ridiculously long lines and wait. The rest of the employees sit around apparently doing nothing instead of helping out. A complete, utter waste of time (never mind resources). Once you get to do your business it's usually speedy, though.

Get ready for endless waiting. The ticket system barely ever works. This time I arrived while it wasnt working. After a few minutes it started working again but no one told us and that of course created mess in who should go next. The clerk did not speak English, she was trying to help but was nonetheless very inefficient. I got what I needed but in an unnecessarily inconvenient way.

First I was very positive about this bank and they helped me out here a month ago. The second time however was very disappointing. I forgot my password for online banking and just wanted to renew it. I had my entire UniCredit contract with me with my German ID card to verify myself. As soon as I showed my ID to the lady with long black hair at the counter 9, she asked in hungarian her co-worker where the city is located where I was born. (Was written on my ID card of course) I was born in Ukraine and have a German Citizenship for almost 20 years. As soon as the lady heard that I'm from Ukraine, she requested my passport to verify me and she refused my request. I changed my password already once here at this bank. AND I also went the same day to a different UniCredit bank to reset my password. They served me without any problems and didn't ask me for passport. So the lady with long black hair didn't try to verify me and was super unfriendly to me, just because I was born in Ukraine? Really , just a place for racism here. Please adjust your verification standards and make them equally at all banks and at all times. I can't always carry with me important document like my passport and use my luck to get the right person to talk to. Everyone is doing different things. One is for sure: This place doesn't deserve to be part of the European Union.

About my experience during two years, they are very slow sometimes you wait two or three hours for simple issu because most of the time employees aren't here!! Only the old woman on the cash. For exemple many times I came, waited long time and I left with out solving my issues.
