Ma voltam a Unipatika Corvin patikájában annyira kedves és segítőkészek ,barátságosak az ott dolgozók ❤️! Kamasz lányomnak a problémás bőrére szerettem volna vásárolni arclemosót de nem igazán tudtam a nagy választékban ,hogy mit így az egyik kedves ott dolgozó hölgy segítségét kértem .Fényképet mutattam a lányom arcáról és homlokáról és ő segített a választásban ,sőt még termékmintát is kaptam hogy próbáljuk ki ... Elégedetten vásároltam és biztos, hogy visszatérek még vásárolni! Köszönöm ,hogy ilyen segítőkész emberek dolgoznak az Unipatikában ! ❤️

I NEVER COME BACK here because of racist attitude from security guy. DEAR Security man who had racist attitude to me, CC Pharmacy manager, (Please help me to let him know this my letter, he does not speak English, so he can use google translate) I wish that I had enough calm to ask your name on 2022-06-23 (around 7pm). You always stared at me when I entered the pharmacy, it was like that I would steal something from you. When I was checking one cosmetic product (Uriage eye cream) for buying, it was UNSEALED by SOMEONE before, and I just opened the box because I thought it was not for sell, but I never opened the cream to test. There was only Uriage face cream tester that I opened cream and test it on my hand. You can check the camera if there is a camera!!!! But after that, you came and accused me of unsealing that product with unacceptable attitude. I wanna ask "WHY"??? And this situation was not once, you glanced at me every time I came to buy cosmetics. If you said it was an accident, why every time I looked back and I saw you looked at me???? My partner, who came with me, has the same notice about you. Means that it's not only my personal feeling. Yes, I'm an Asian person, I'm working and living in Budapest legally, I pay full tax and do completely my obligation to Hungary, your country. WHY do you make a racist attitude to me? With all my last respect, I would say "Good luck for your life". if you want to receive respect from others, you need to respect other first, particularly people who are not in EU. Extremely rude customer service towards foreigners, they shout at me for not speaking Hungarian it was honestly shocking, will never return there.

Waiting 20 minutes to buy a baby food….

Big pharmacy and helpful staff. They carry Embryolisse products as well. Perfect.

The only English-speaking worker (woman, blond hair) is very disrespectful. She kept interrupting me while I was trying to explain what I needed and basically asked me to leave (and turned her back) before I could finish speaking. I don't want to make assumptions but the whole attitude felt utterly racist.

Big pharmacy, wonderful staff, ignore the other review about the staff being racist, it is complete nonsense.

They don't accept valid EU prescriptions written by a Hungarian doctor.
