Sellers are kind and helpful, only I can recommend.

They’re not actually open on Saturdays but I think there’s plenty of revenue, there’s no shortage of money for those who can’t get to them on weekdays. Let's say it wouldn't hurt to change the opening hours on the net. The real problem is much more with the two ladies who serve the customers. They somehow stopped time and are still living in an age when the buyer had to be grateful to be able to spend their money on a product on offer. If there is a problem, it is not worth calling them 15 minutes before closing because they are either not picked up, or if they are, they start right away by saying that they are already closing, so they can't reach it. Even 100 words is an end I would certainly not use any of them because it already appears on their metacommunication, it is specifically offensive for them to have to work, to serve their customers. The products they sell have the option to modify but they have an unattainable "phantom" goldsmith who doesn't do what the customer asks anyway, but what he sees as good. The communication between the goldsmith and the ladies is also quite foggy which is wrong because the "phantom" only goes to the jewelry house twice a week, so if something is wrong then 1: you have to wait a lot, 2: they say they don't actually make jewelry marketed. Question, then why the phantom? Anyway, it would be worth thinking about whether it is worth driving to customer satisfaction because then they will be recommended and maybe more people would go buy them jewelry. In other words, there would be more income, which is not only good for their employer ...
