Despite measuring my finger they made it far too small, she then had to make it bigger, and knocked one of the diamonds out, she put the diamond back, i left was still too snug and 20 mins later the diamond fell out again and was lost. Adding to this the day I was due to pick it up they were closed due to illness but no effort to text to say please come another day. A few days after I went to pick it up and it still wasnt ready so I had to come back an hour later. Im absolutely heart broken. It was my wedding ring ive been married only a month and it is ruined.
