P	Pál Cselédka on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vásároltam náluk pár napja 3 db led égőt. Úgy kértem hogy 4000k körüli értékű legyen és nagyobb lumenű. Mikor hazaértem és kibontottam láttam hogy sokkal nagyobb a búrája mint az átlag búrájú égőnek ezért nem fért bele a lámpába amibe vettem. Másnap "Vasárnap" Pesten volt dolgom és hasonló értékekkel normál búrával vettem helyettük másikat. Hétközbe vissza vittem hogy nem jó amit vásároltam náluk égő, mert nem tájékoztattak hogy nagyobb búrája van mint az átlagnak. Azt mondták hogy nem veszik vissza, mert már beütötték a gépbe de felajánlották hogy levásárolhatom. Na de mit vegyek helyette ha nem kell más! . Na én ilyen üzlettel még nem találkoztam. A Praktiker simán visszaadta a pénzt, pedig ők is beütötték a gépbe amit náluk vettem, sőt Kiskunlacházán azok az üzletek ahova járok vásárolni bármikor megoldják ezt nekem. Gondoltam megosztom, nehogy más is így járjon. Nem egy vásárlóbarát üzlet I bought 3 led bulbs a few days ago. I asked for it to be around 4000k and larger lumen. When I got home and opened it, I saw that it had a much larger bulb than the average bulb, so it didn't fit into the lamp I bought. The next day, "Sunday" I had a job in Pest, and with similar values I replaced them with a normal shield. I took it back in the week that it was not good what I bought for them burning because they did not inform me that it has a larger shield than the average. They said they wouldn't take it back because it had already been punched in the plane but offered to buy it. But what if I need nothing else! . Well, I've never met a store like this. The Praktiker smoothly returned the money, even though they hit me with the machine I bought with them, and even the shops I go to Kiskunlacháza to buy anytime solve this for me. I thought I'd share it so that no one else would. Not a customer-friendly business
