Szabályos idézésre meg nem jelenő vádlott ellen elővezetést rendeltek el, majd miután jelezte a vádlott hogy elnézte az időpontot, ezt jóindulatúan visszavonták, szankció nem volt. A tárgyalást elnapolták. A második tárgyalásra a vádlott megjelent, de megszökött, ezért a bíróság a nyári ítélkezési szünet miatt újabb hónapokkal napolta el a tárgyalást. Nem tartják tiszteletben az eljárásjogot, és a sértett jogait. They are almost deliberately pulling things off. The trial was adjourned. During the second hearing, the accused appeared but escaped, so the court adjourned the trial for several months due to a summer break. Korrektség az valahol elmaradt! Oda-vissza 280 km. a semmiért! They set the trial and then postpone it, citing force majeure, but the new meeting date will be given the day he has traveled 140 km and faces the prospect of no trial!
