I spent one night with them. Room: the fridge doesn't work at all, even though I was messing with it properly! Unfortunately, cleanliness also leaves something to be desired! A stain of half-removed mold can be seen in the corners! The stone lasan emerges from under the wallpaper. The sound insulation of the doors is 0. Those in the hallway can be heard all the way through, cleaning at 10:00, the vacuum cleaner can also be heard from the neighbor. There is no mosquito net. Bath: the mirror is imprinted all the way, the hair dryer above the 3mm long hairstyle is unsuitable for its task, the about 30 cm plastic tube on the wall fan unit is so warm after 3 minutes that you can barely keep it. In addition to the toilet flush button, something indefinable oily, greasy, translucent, gel-like, the shower is limescale, the room cannot be ventilated, with that 0.5 watt fan, there is no window. Breakfast: 08: 00-11: 00, 08:30 half of the buffet was empty and still stayed long enough, one person in the kitchen and one who had reception, sink and breakfast in one. Plates, glasses and cutlery are dirty, food is leftover. 2 of the 5 plates on the table were chosen. When we signaled this to the staff, we received the response, “Sorry there is such a great unpretentiousness but from yesterday they left it here and I haven’t had time to do everything clean yet!” It's either at the reception or at breakfast because that one person doesn't know how to fill a buffet, do the dishes or pay for the departures. Although at 09:00 a third person appeared who took over breakfast from the receptionist. The food will be on the buffet table after a long time! I got coffee sooner at a nearby pub than at breakfast. Positive: the garden is beautiful, the pool is average, you can swim in it, they speak German well, there is air conditioning! That's a lot of stars, too. I don't want to have lunch here!

Very pleasant hotel with a family atmosphere. Nice, clean rooms with a huge private park, pool and spa. WiFi access, which is a bit stochastic, but otherwise a perfect choice.

The accommodation offers a pleasant stay, the rooms are of a high standard, nice and well equipped. Unfortunately, there is no restaurant in the area, it did not start due to the few guests due to the pandemic. The animal farm belonging to the area shows a lot of interest for those who like animals, and the pool in the garden is very nice, with many loungers and parasols. On the border of the village there is the green border half of Austria, you can set off on a cozy wooden bridge to the Neighbors.

This place offers a pleasant rest, the rooms are elegant, well equipped and comfortable. The hotel has a swimming pool with several loungers and plenty of tables outside, both on a covered terrace and next to the building, in full sun. We have attended a wedding that was very well organized with tasty food and very attentive and friendly service. The farm next door with horses and other types of animals attract little ones too. It is in a town near the city Sopron that is also worth visiting.

Definitely NOT recommended! We arrived expecting an overnight stay with a pool and dinner. Unfortunately the restaurant was/is closed. Receptionist recommends us to take a delivery service. Pool, as described in the ad, was only listed seasonally (weather 17-25 degrees) Despite 30 degrees at the end of May, the pool was not available either. In the room then the next problem: air conditioning didn't work. It was hotter in the room than outside on the balcony, and that's saying something. We then wanted to cancel the overnight stay and were then informed that we still had to pay for the night, even if we wanted to check out after 15 minutes in the room. After pointing out the closed restaurant, the unusable wellness area and the non-functioning air conditioning (for which we were not offered a replacement room - maybe the air conditioning wasn't switched on at the end of May?), we were able to leave without the hotel's apologies for the circumstances and without the Having to pay for the night ended our short vacation and were "only" left with the cost of fuel.

A very nice house with clean rooms, a good breakfast buffet with a very friendly breakfast chef who fulfilled all wishes, so you could see the 15 minutes late. A large terrace invites you, a small wellness area, the pool has just been let in, which didn't stop the children from splashing about in it. I deducted the 5th star... *Nespresso coffee is and remains a matter of taste *Unfortunately, small things were always forgotten, extra bed for my daughter... German television, our sleigh ride... No drama at all... But it should be an incentive to improve! ❤️ Kudos to our carriage driver! He spoke fantastic German and knew a lot about this small village with the magnificent evangelical church! THANK YOU... I CAN ONLY RECOMMEND

We were asking for an offer to organize an event. We did not use the services. The clerk was very kind and polite. The location was tidy and clean. Pleasant environment. The offer was completed quickly. They were very kind. Finally, due to the change in Date and Venue, we held the event elsewhere.
