★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Napi legalább 10 óra ülőmunkát végzek és keveset mozgok sajnos, ezért is kezdtem el járni ide. Kicsit kevesebb mint 2 hónapja járok már és a derék-hát panaszaim majdnem teljesen megszűntek. Az általános erőnlétem és egészségem is sokat javult a mozgáscentrum segítségével. Nyugodt szívvel ajánlom bárkinek.
I do at least 10 hours of sitting a day and I don’t move much unfortunately, which is why I started going here. I’ve been walking for a little less than 2 months now and my waist-back complaints have almost completely disappeared. My overall stamina and health have also improved a lot with the help of the movement center. I recommend it to anyone with a calm heart.
