★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The restaurant is in the mall even though has great atmosphere. It works like in different countries, but here the food is really tasty and the service is really nice! The price also is really good because it may vary in between countries.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their system is very much inefficient. Under this system, you have to line up long que holding heavy tray and utensils, and wait until cookers finish cooking for each of customers food. like old fashioned bank que system.
it is good that you can see how they cook your meal, but it is long waiting and while the the cooker made two foods simultaneously, he did not care how much time pasta should be cooked. So, after long waiting I got uncooked pasta.
In normal cases, I would call the waiter and tell it is uncooked. but here, it is impossible, there were no waiters on the hall. and I did not want to go back to the long que holding pasta bowl.
If you would like to keep this system, I recommend you to visit and learn at Padthai wok bar restaurant. and please adapt waiting number ticket machine. Otherwise Typical way of order is way better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food is pretty expensive, the queue is horrendous at lunch time. It wants to be fancy with the kitchen right in front of you, but you are gonna leave smelling like a kitchen and they are slow. The whole system of ordering than paying is just not good. I see how they want to be more efficient by utilizing this but it's such a hassle.
Food is meh, barely acceptable. The plastic take away boxes have a weird trapezoidal shape and are very wasteful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there to have a nice evening, which turned into a disaster. Asked for a risotto, it was way over salted, and their response was “sorry we can’t do anything about this”, no compensation whatsoever. I will make sure to never come here again, and hope anybody else considers doing so.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like vapiano’s food but this branch is the worst. Some of the staffs are so rude. I just ordered a Pesto pasta. It looks like anything but Pesto pasta and no one was answering to me for my issue.
