Miután írásban is jeleztem a problémát, később visszaigazolta a Vectra hogy jogos, és jóváírják. Köszi szépen, sokra megyek vele. Most vehetem meg pluszba a terméket újra immár teljes áron, majd fizessem ki a szállítási költséget illetve az abszurd magas logisztikai költséget. Soha többet Vectra! I ordered a special product. I was billed for the quantity I ordered and then I received less goods. After I reported the problem in writing, I later confirmed to Vectra that it was legitimate and credited it. Thanks a lot, I go a long way with it. Now I can buy the product plus again at full price and then pay the shipping cost and the absurdly high logistics cost. Never again Vectra!

Külön szeretem, hogy minden hónapban extra ajándékot is tesznek a csomagba! They deliver quickly and I can buy everything in one place from office supplies to household items. I especially love that they put extra gifts in the package every month!

Reklamációját nem áll módunkban elfogadni. Elnézést kérünk! " Jó üzletpolitika! :-( I only received part of the quantity I ordered. Instead of 50 sheets of cellophane, I only received 38 sheets, I advertised after 2 days and I received this answer from customer service: "I have agreed with my supervisor that I have no decision in this case. We are unable to accept your complaint. We apologize! " Good business policy! :-(

Amennyiben problémám akadt a vásárolt termékkel, szerettem volna a tévesen rendelt termékeket visszavinni vagy cserélni minden egyes esetben gond nélkül meg tudtam tenni. Csak ajánlani tudom! Az udvaruk is tejesen ügyfélbarát, legközelebb tüzifát is hozok egy kis bográcsozáshoz ;) A stationery distributor with the right service and a huge supply. I met them in connection with my job. Their yard is also completely customer friendly, next time I will also bring firewood for a little cauldron;)
