K	Kiss Gabor on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Iszonyatosan flegma, lekezelő és bunkó az üzletvezető (Imi bá), leszarja a vásárlót, kb én éreztem magam szarul, hogy pénzt (nem keveset) akarok költeni náluk. Ha kérdezel valamit az alkatrészről úgy válaszol, mintha hülye lennél (közben ők voltak azok akik amikor évekkel ezelőtt kazettás agyat akartam venni vissza kérdeztek, hogy első vagy hátsó...többször is előfordult ilyen). Egy jó 15 éve pedig amikor kezdő voltam a sportban és nem ismertem az alkatrészeket, rám sóztak egy agyat mondván, hogy ipari csapágyas, soha nem lesz bajom vele, majd mikor fél év múlva széthullott kiderült, hogy golyós.. Bármilyen alkatrészt ha veszel és rögtön szétmegy (legyen az akár gyári hiba miatt egy drágább alkatrész is), kimagyarázza, hogy te vagy a hülye (több ismerőssel és velem is előfordult már). A szervízes srác nagyon jófej, ha csak ő van bent sokkal jobb a hangulat, miatta kap 1 helyett 2 csillagot a Velvart.... Inkább elkerülöm és vásárolok más webshopokról... The business manager (Imi bá) is terribly phlegmatic, jerky, and jerky, shutting down the buyer, I felt hurt to spend money on them (not a little). If you ask something about the part you answer as if you were stupid (while they were the ones who wanted a cassette brain back years ago, they asked me whether they were back or forth…). A good 15 years ago when I started out in the sport and didn't know the parts, I was brainwashed by saying that I would never have trouble with an industrial bed, and when half a year later it turned out to be a ball. Any part you buy and immediately it goes away (whether it is a more expensive part due to a factory defect), explains that you are a stupid (it has happened to more friends and me). The service guy is very good, if only he has a much better mood inside, he gets 2 stars instead of 1 Velvart .... I rather avoid and buy other webshops ...
L	László Szabó on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Borzasztó flegma kiszolgálás! Segítségre ne számíts, amikor meg akartam tapogatni egy bandázst azt nem lehetett csak dobozon keresztül, illetve ha kifizeted. Megvettem, ott a pénztárnál kibontottam, majd kiderült, hogy nem felel meg az elvárásaimnak, mert csillogós amit nem lehetett látni a dobozban. Jeleztem, hogy kérem vissza a pénzt, mire a pénztáros nőnek felakadt a szeme, majdnem agyvérzést kapott. Borzasztó kellemetlen egy hely, nem ajánlom senkinek! ui.: az arra járók kerüljék, mert egy szimpla pumpálásért is fizetni kell, vicc! Terrible phlegm service! Don’t expect help when I wanted to grab a bandage it couldn’t just be through a box or if you pay for it. I bought it, unpacked it at the checkout there, and then it turned out that it didn’t meet my expectations because it was glittery that couldn’t be seen in the box. I indicated that I would ask for the money back, and by the time the cashier woman's eyes closed, she almost had a stroke. Terribly awkward place, I would not recommend to anyone! ui .: avoid those who go because you have to pay for a simple pumping, joke!
O	Opre György on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Múlthét szombaton rendeltem egy láncot, nem egy nagy pénz de mikor meglátam a csomagolás csak pislogtam. Mivel nem drága de a csomagolás nagyon rendben volt eddig bárhonnan rendeltem szarvolt a csomagolás. Gyorsan kilett szállítva ami szintén meglepő volt számomra. Csak ajánlani tudom mindenkinek őket. I ordered a chain last Saturday, not big money but when I saw the packaging I just blinked. Being not expensive but the packaging was very ok so far from anywhere I ordered horned packaging. It shipped quickly, which was also surprising to me. I can only recommend them to everyone.
I	Ivan Pozzobon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dall esterno sembra un piccolo negozi però entrano ci troviamo in un piano superiore piccolo ma c'è un piano inferiore con una buna scelta di articoli da bicicletta come caschi borse e molto altro chiaramente anche bicicletta per grandi e piccini . Il personale è stato molto gentile , purtroppo non aveva quello che cercavamo ma ci ha dato dei consigli. Parcheggio c'è in loco ma a pagamento From the outside it looks like a small shop but they enter we are on a small upper floor but there is a lower floor with a good choice of bicycle items such as helmets, bags and much more clearly also bicycles for young and old. The staff was very nice, unfortunately they didn't have what we were looking for but gave us some advice. There is parking on site but for a fee

They had all the parts needed and went beyond the scope of the regular work/cleaning. Their prices are very reasonable and the staff is amazing.
