T	Tomas Kosa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The metal tube that holds the handlebar of my bicycle broke last week. It's a Dutch gents bike, a Sparta, and apparently it was not easy to get parts for it. I was told about, and refused in two other bike repair shops. I took my bike to Hajtas Pajtas bike service on Kiraly utca, half expecting to be told that, either they can't repair it, or that it will be expensive. Luckily, it was neither. The personnel was friendly and professional, and within a couple of days my bike was ready. I picked up my bike yesterday and am very happy with the result, and the price was also very correct .

S	Samet on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I guess they are too popular and too busy. I was there today, was planning to get some advice about which brand to choose for the part I would like to change. But the lady directly told me that I have to leave the bike and wait until Monday. I didn't even have the chance to ask my questions. I asked the price of the part to be changed, the current brand on the bike, and she didn't want to answer. She kept repeating the same thing. I had to ask 3 times and finally she came to check the part (it's shimano acera 7-9 speed rear gear derailleur, I'm sure they can share the price for that before I leave my bike there for 7 days). And finally, she shared the price, it was 9k Huf, which is also surprising because I checked their website before going there and the price was 6k huf in the website (probably those prices were outdated, but come on, its 2020, please update your website. I wouldn't walk all the way with the bike if I knew the actual price). I didn't say anything else because the woman looked angry all the time and I just left. I think they are not happy with being too busy and they don't care about being kind and helpful anymore.

My boyfriend who rides fixed-gear recommended this shop to me and is a regular at this place. I only went in to get my bike checked (tightening brakes, checking my tires etc) and they kept it for a day. When I picked it up I noticed that my light was missing and I told them on the spot. They said they would call me back if they find it. I waited a few days and nothing happened so we went back in to ask for my light again. They were not cooperative at all, telling us that they don't have any reason to steal my light and that they don't have it, plus that I couldn't prove it that I had my light on in the first place. We ended up having to buy a new light, not even getting a discount or anything. Imagining losing two customers, especially a regular who spends thousands of forints monthly, just because you aren't cooperative and not willing to exchange the missing lamp, which you have lost, with a 1000ft lamp or giving a discount. In case you still want to go there, make sure you put down anything else that could be removed since they won't replace it if they lose it.
