★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kiábrándítóan gyenge minőség. Előzetesen egyeztetve vittem menyasszonyi ruhát tisztíttatni, mivel elmondásuk szerint rendszeresen végeznek ilyet. Egyrészt a megbeszélt időpontot alig tudták tartani (egy hét), másrészt pedig foltos maradt a ruha alja (nem volt rajta extra piszok, csak ahogy leért a földre a szoknya alja). Ez utóbbit átvételkor jeleztem, azt a választ kaptam, hogy vissza tudják küldeni nedves mosásra, de nem vállalnak felelősséget érte. Annyira meglepett az ilyen válasz, hogy el is felejtettem reklamálni, ezért pénzvisszafizetési tapasztalatom nincs.
Disappointingly poor quality. By prior arrangement, I took the wedding dress to be cleaned, as they say they do it regularly. On the one hand, they could barely keep to the agreed date (a week), and on the other hand, the bottom of the dress remained stained (there was no extra dirt on it, just as the bottom of the skirt hit the floor). I indicated the latter upon receipt, I received the answer that they could send it back for wet washing but would not take responsibility for it. I was so surprised by such an answer that I forgot to complain, so I don’t have a money back experience.
