★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Egy nő és egy férfi rendel (szándékosan nem írom, hogy doktorok). A nő néha orvost, néha asszisztenst játszik, mindenesetre egyiknek sem jó. Tudatlan, ügyetlen és durva. A férfi kelletlen és ellazázza a feladatát. Több esetről is tudok, amikor súlyosan mulasztottak. Volt olyan is, amikor ez később a kutyuska életébe került, valószínűleg az én kis drágám is ebbe a kategóriába tartozik. Nyugodjon békében! :(
 A woman and a man order (deliberately not writing to doctors). The woman sometimes plays a doctor, sometimes an assistant, but neither is good for either. Ignorant, clumsy and rude. The man is reluctant and relaxes his job. I know of several cases where they were seriously neglected. There were times when it came later in the puppy’s life, probably my little darling also falls into that category. Rest in peace! :(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A webshopukból rendeltem december 11-én, utalással fizettem (ahogy megérkezett tőlük az e-mail, indítottam az utalást, ez december 13-án történt). Az utalási bizonylatot e-mailben elküldtem.
Sajnos a rendelésem azóta se érkezett meg, hiába írtam nekik e-mailt többször, nem kaptam rá választ. Telefonon kerestek, visszahívással hiába próbálkoztam, hosszasan kicseng és nem veszi fel senki.
Úgy gondolom, hogy a fenti kellemetlenséget el lehetne kerülni, ha feltüntetik a weboldalukon, hogy most x nap a várható szállítási idő, vagy e-mailben előre tájékoztatják a vevőket, ha valami gond van. Ha nincs raktáron egy termék, akkor lehetne azt is jelezni a webshopban, mert azt se tudom, hogy gond van-e a rendelésemmel vagy mi az oka ennek a hosszas várakozásnak. Ez így roppant kellemetlen és bosszantó tud lenni.
Pozitívumként persze ki tudom emelni, hogy nagyon jó árban vannak a tápok (ezért a két csillag), de kezdem eléggé rosszul érezni magam. Vajon ha utánvéttel kérem, akkor is ennyire sokat kellene várnom? Remélem idén megérkezik még a csomagom...
I ordered from the webshops on December 11th, I paid by referral (as the email arrived from them, I initiated the referral, it happened on December 13th). I sent the transfer receipt by e-mail.
Unfortunately, my order has not arrived since I emailed them several times, and I did not receive a response. They searched on the phone, I tried to call me back in vain, it rings for a long time and no one answers.
I think the above inconvenience could be avoided by indicating on their website that the expected delivery time is now x days, or by notifying customers in advance by email if there is a problem. If a product is not in stock, you could also indicate it in the webshop, because I don't even know if there is a problem with my order or the reason for this long wait. This can be very uncomfortable and annoying.
As a positive, of course, I can point out that the food is very well priced (hence the two stars), but I’m starting to feel pretty bad. Should I still wait that long if I ask for cash on delivery? I hope my package will arrive this year ...

Mai napon ismét voltam a rendelőben. A Doktornő után a Doktor úrral is szerencsém volt megismerkedni. Ismételten maximális hozzáállást, segítséget, felvilágosítást kaptam! Azt gondolom, hogy minden állatorvosi rendelőben ilyen orvosokra lenne szükség!

I was in the office again today. After the Doctor, I was lucky enough to meet the Doctor as well. Again, I received maximum attitude, help, information! I think there would be a need for such doctors in every veterinary office!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Harmadik alkalommal voltunk itt a cicánkkal vizsgálaton. A doktor úr nagyon kedves, segítőkész. Megvizsgálta a cicát, elmondta érthetően, hogy mit tapasztalt, adott gyógyszert és még egyszer sem kért vizsgálati díjat. Ajánlom mindenkinek.
We were here for the third time with our kitten for an examination. The doctor is very kind and helpful. He examined the kitten, telling him understandably what he had experienced, giving him medication and not even asking for an examination fee. I recommend to everyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mindig fantasztikusan gyorsak! Szinte hihetetlen, hogy egyik nap megrendelem délelőtt, és másnap már nálam van a termék. Plusz csillag azért, mert csak azokat a termékeket lehet a kosárba rakni, amelyek valóban vannak készleten. Van, ahol sajnos 1-1 termékre napokat/heteket kell várni, mert akkor rendelik be. Itt nem így van! Csak ajánlani tudom! Ha valakinek extra gyorsan kell valami, akkor ettől a patikától bátran rendelheti!
They are always fantastically fast! It’s almost unbelievable that one day I order in the morning and the next day I already have the product. Plus a star because you can only put products in the cart that are actually in stock. There are places where unfortunately 1-1 products have to wait days / weeks because then they are ordered. This is not the case here! I can only recommend! If someone needs something extra fast, you can order it from this pharmacy!
