Lehet hó, vagy jég, vagy éppen kánikula..... :) Mindez köszönhető az elért eredményeknek, a légkörnek, az edző(k) személyiségének, odafigyelésének és profizmusának. Remekül beépíthető a hétköznapi "taposómalomba" is. És hab a tortán, hogy ugyanitt megismerhettem a Walkenergie-t is, amit 3 hónapra terveztem beiktatni csak az életembe, de ott ragadtam :) After a lot of experimentation, Power Plate is the first form of movement that I will stick to and not give up for 6 years now. It could be snow or ice or just heat ..... :) All this is due to the results achieved, the atmosphere, the personality, attention and professionalism of the coach (es). It also fits perfectly into the ordinary "treadmill". And icing on the cake, that I could get to know Walkenergie in the same place, which I planned to install in my life for 3 months, but I got stuck there :)

Azt hiszem nem kell tőbb ennél a napi rutin után vagy előtt. They move in 30 minutes, I recharge with energy during the movement, I am surrounded by pleasant company, there is personal contact with the coach, which guarantees the effectiveness of the exercises. I don’t think you need more than this after or before your daily routine.

A térdem egyre jobban bírja a terhelést és a megkopott csípőcsontjaim ismét "olajozottan" működnek. Sokat javult az életminőségem, sokkal fittebb vagyok. Eltűnt az " öregasszony púpom" és edzés után az arcom éveket fiatalodik. Örülök, hogy rátaláltam a Power Platre. Heti 2X félóra simán belefér az, amúgy túlzsúfolt időmbe. Minden korosztálynak csak ajánlani tudom ezt az edzésformát! I have been visiting Erika for 2 years. Gradually, my - long unused - muscles came to life on my fingers. My knees can withstand the load more and more and my worn hip bones are "oiled" again. My quality of life has improved a lot, I am much fitter. My "old woman hump" is gone and after training my face is rejuvenating for years. I'm glad I found the Power Platre. 2X a week for half an hour fits smoothly in my otherwise overcrowded time. I can only recommend this form of training to all ages!
