Kicserélték korrektül és küldték azt a cipőt amit kiválasztott helyette, minden kötözködés nélkül. Az 1000Ft különbség pedig benne a dobozba. Köszönöm Sportboltom! Csak ajánlani tudom mindenkinek. 5stars and this goes to the shop staff and the boss as well. Unfortunately there was a problem with the shoes I ordered but I called and asked to send it back. They exchanged it correctly and sent the shoe he had chosen instead, without any tying. The 1000 HUF difference is in the box. Thank you my sports shop! I can only recommend it to everyone.

Visszaérkezés után, több mint 10 nap eltelt, de nem volt hír a cipőről. Felhívtam őket, nem tudták eldönteni ki foglalkozik az üggyel. Majd később visszahívnak... Nem hívtak. Ismét telefonáltam én, majd felajánlottak egy cserét, de olyan cipő már nem volt, így én ezzel nem éltem. Megegyeztünk, hogy visszafizetik az árát. 10 nap ismét eltelt, de nem kaptam vissza a pénzt. Ismét hívtam őket, de ismét nem tudták eldönteni, ki foglalkozik az üggyel. Meguntam... Végül megérkezett az utalás. ezennel lezártuk az utolsó vásárlást ettől a cégtől. Nem azzal van baj, hogy valami tönkremegy, mert ez sajnos előfordul, hanem azzal, ahogyan ezt kezelték. Horrible complaint handling. The soles of a pair of Nike shoes came off after 2 months. I asked over the phone what I needed to do. I sent it back as requested. After returning, more than 10 days passed, but there was no news about the shoes. I called them, they couldn’t decide who was dealing with the matter. I'll call you back later ... They didn't call.
