Először tésztaszűrő utána grillsütő... de nem az amit ígértek véletlenül se. A szolgáltatásuk egy NULLA és drága. Világ szégyene ez a cég. Nincs más ezért türjünk el tőlük mindent???? Az elmúlt 1 hónapban 5 percenként ment el a net 15 percre, tehát használhatatlan. Az ügyintéző minősíthetetlen. Ha lenne más az utcában azonnal váltanánk. SENKINEK NEM JAVASLOM, a mobilnet is gyorsabb és olcsóbb. Die Dame am Telefon war super freundlich und hilfsbereit und die beiden Techniker schnell und kompetent. Ein wirklich hervorragender Kundenservice. The lady on the phone was super friendly and helpful and the two technicians were quick and knowledgeable. A really excellent customer service. Vidanet and the Siófok branch can only be recommended. Minden elintézhető online, csak a szükséges adatokat és dokumentumokat kérik, napok alatt lezárul a folyamat. Szinte hihetetlen, miközben más cégek hetekig ülnek az ügyeken, újabb és újabb dokumentumokat kérnek, s azután hibásan küldik ki a szerződést és a számlát, s persze a hibájukat sosem ismerik el. Tanulhatnának a Vidanettől! Amely “mellesleg” kiváló szolgáltatást is nyújt, nemcsak ügyintézésben kimagasló. I know of few fast, professional, and helpful providers like Vidanet.
