★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Elsősorban a Szolgáltató rugalmatlanságáról szerzett tapasztalatom szomorított el, okozott csalódást. Függetleníteni szerettem volna készüléket, melyhez a személyes irataim és a készülék nálam voltak. Kérték volna még tőlem a vásárlási számlát, vagy a szolgáltatói szerződés papírjait.... A készülék regisztrálva lett vásárláskor, így azonnal beazonosítható lett volna...... A mai online ügyintézést preferáló Világban, teljesen rugalmatlan hozzáállás ez a Szolgáltató részéről!
First of all, my experience with the inflexibility of the Provider saddened me, disappointed. I wanted to release a device for which my personal files and the device were with me. They would have asked me for the purchase invoice or the contract of the service contract ... The device was registered when it was bought so it would have been immediately identifiable ... ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bementem, sokan voltak bent. Beálltam a sorba jobb oldalon, mint a körforgalomban haladtunk lassan. Telt az idő... Bejött egy hölgy és balról beállt mindenki elé, mert ő csak kérdezni akar. Az ügyintéző nem mondta el neki hogy hol a sor vége. Én is csak kérdezni akartam... Kijöttem és ha megoldható másképp, nem is megyek be többé. Miért nem lehet bevezetni a sorszámos ügyfél hívót??? mint a RENDES helyeken!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A kiszolgálással kapcsolatos!!! három kiszolgálóból kettő telefon eladással foglalkozik!!ami nem is lenne probléma!!! Ha a befizetések gyorsabban haladna,sokszor a bejáraton kivül kell várakozni!!!
