Professional approach, I drove with a knocking wheel on my way to Croatia, a small circle around the square, the car was lifted and after five minutes it was ready. Everything works. Free service. I am ashamed to admit that the bolts in one wheel have loosened

Nagyon nagy segítség volt számunkra, hogy pénteken délután kicserélték a hibás alkatrészt, elromlott gépkocsinkban. Így tudtuk folytatni a környéken kirándulásunkat és pihenésünket. Nagyon hálásak vagyunk ezért! (Az, hogy miként romolhatott el egy kicsit több, mint egy éves szinte új Opel alkatrésze, az már más kérdés)
Dear Opel Gerencsér! Thank you very much for your help and customer-focused attitude. It was a great help to us to have the defective part replaced in our broken down car on Friday afternoon. This way we were able to continue our trip and rest in the area. We are very grateful for that! (How a slightly more than a year old almost new Opel part may have deteriorated is another matter)
