I was looking for a switch of my flat and contacted VIP Properties. They had lots of options under my budget. They provided me the best flat in City Center. Any issues / concerns they are available any time. They constantly get in touch with us for any concerns with respect to flat which I have never seen with any of the agencies here in Budapest. Their service is very professional.

I currently renting a flat from VIP property, so far I am satisfied with the apartment and services. The apartment is neat, located in a great area, with a reasonable price compare to other in the same area. Before I moved in, I requested to have a new bed and they got it for us. Furthermore, the company was very responsive when we had a issues like leaking pipes. They are going to fix it within 1-2 days. Very easy to contact (through email, text message or Whatsapp). They speak english very well too! So I highly recommend VIP Properties.

This company provided me with flats for rent within which I lived for several years and in the last 12 years it is taking care of my property in Budapest renting it. I never had problems and my property is well kept. Especially in the last years the service improved further and I feel that my interest as owner is taken into high consideration. I definitively recommend it.

Hi everyone, I rented a room (in Bajcsy-Zsilinszky-Street 31) with this company during my Erasmus time in Budapest. I had a rather bad experience with this company, the flat, and the owner itself. There were several problems in the flat during the stay: the door of one bathroom can’t be closed and was never repaired; living room heating broke and was not repaired only replaced with an electric heating. And there were constructions in the floor above since mid of December and as a consequence of that dust/dirt came through some air duct in the wall resulting in dust everywhere in the flat and nothing was done against that. The dust really affected my breathing and worsened my asthma, so I would really not recommend the flat for people with breathing problems. The biggest issue: in the end the company told us we had a utility debt of 1000€ for the 5months stay (so 250€ for each roommate). My roommates and I thought this number could not be real as it is incredibly high, so we wanted to talk with the company/owner and see the utility bills. This resulted in a huge discussion and fight with both the company and the owner (who first ignored every request we made), only after we kept insisting and even made our own calculations and were ready to contact a lawyer did they re-do the calculation. In the end the utility debt was only 100€, so each of us had to pay only 25€. In this discussion/fight the company acted rather unprofessional and even insulted my roommates and me. So according to my personal experiences I would not recommend renting this apartment or any other apartment from VIP Properties.

I've been living in Vip-properties for 1.5 years during my studying in Budapest. They are very professional and responsive for any issues related to flat. Only 1-2 days, the repairman will come and fix the problem. The flat is accessible and affordable to students. Besides, it close to their office too. During I stay in their property with my friends, we share many memories there. It is very sad that I should leave the flat due to the fact that I finish my study. Therefore, I find someone to replace me in my room, and asked Sára whether she could make a new contract to a new tenant. And she made it without additional fee for us!! (Free) Fyi, they also do charity program. Last year, when my roommates traveled back to their home country and left many clothes, shoes, winter coats, bags, things etc in our flat, I gave it all to the Vip-properties for the charity and they gave it to the people who need it the most. Thus, I can keep our flat clean and neat, and I highly recommend the Vip-properties if you rent a flat! I wish their success and always maintain their trust and professionalism in the future too! ?

I moved to Budapest few months ago. I contacted VIP properties and they helped me to find a flat within my budget and exactly at the same location in downtown right at the city centre where I wanted. It was hassle free and very quick. Within a week I had the keys of my apartment and they even understood the issue regarding money transfer. They are the best real estate service provider in the city. They speak fluent English all the contracts are provided in English which is uncommon in Hungary. My apartment was neatly cleaned and provided me with everything I just had to bring my suitcase. Kudos to them and I highly recommend them to expats aswell as locals.

I rented an apartment from VIP properties while i was studying in Budapest, and I had a wonderful experience with them! The apartment was lovely and very fairly priced, and the company was quick to respond if there were problems (clogged pipes, etc). The people are very nice and helpful, and were very patient even when I needed documents signed for my visa applications. They are super efficient, respond to emails quickly, and their office is right in the middle of the city (near St. Stephen's Basilica) so they are quite accessible and easy to contact. I highly recommend VIP properties if you are looking to buy or rent properties in Hungary!
