I have no idea why are there so many negative reviews here, I've been renting many houses with this company for years, never had a single problem, actually they're very helpful and you'll have less problems to deal with than an average tenant/landlord situation here in Budapest. shout out to my main man Tamás.

I’ve been renting my apartment for the past 5 years from Home Management. I wish I could give them 10+ stars!!! Super professional, extremely helpful personal service. I can highly recommend them!

If you happen to see this review page before signing contract, I will recommend not to sign contract with this scammer real estate agency. Believe me you will regret it afterwards like us. They will be nice with you till they sign contract and they get their two month deposit. They will make you sign a notary from your own money to cover their side of the risk and can ask you to vacate the apartment anytime but you can't do it(even with notice period) and if you do it you won't get your deposit money back. If you extend contract even for 11 month still they will ask you to pay Euro 100 just to sing/extend contract ( they don't sign contract/extend contract for less than 12 month) Response time for any issue is as per their wish and you can't do anything as you have already paid the deposit and can't fight or vacate the apartment if you don't like their service. Finally, no matter how nice you keep your apartment they will find reasons NOT to return your deposit ( which they settle it after more than a month of leaving apartment) If you are unfortunate and if some work related to existing apartment structure arise they will expect to do it from your money or they will not do it. They have quite bad reputation in the market and if you get convinced by recent positive reviews, (all these reviews are bought ones), yes companies buy reviews, you may search about it. All of them are bought in few weeks I'm sharing screenshot with review. If you want to find out real reviews scroll more in the bottom. It was humiliating, frustrating, harassing experience to get apartment from them.

I have been renting from Home Management for 5 or 6 years now and they have always been supportive, responsive, and understanding. They run their business to a T, and have always put my mind at rest that I have a comfortable place to live. Highly recommend!

I can only recommend their services. They were always responsive and helpful when needed some help. Every process was smooth and easy, everyone I spoke to was very helpful and professional. I have met many difficult property management companies in my life, but they are definitely not one of them.

They have been managing 2 of my apartments for 3 years. I am very satisfied with them, even during the covid 19 period made extra effort to find a decent tenant. I never had payment or any other issues.

Home management is very helpful, cooperative to us. Everything is managed well from my end and their end. We had recently an issue with the wall. We reported to them, and they did a fast response to repair it quickly. Keep doing your best service to support your tenant :) . Thank you

I agree with other opinions that Home Management Kft. is arrogant and unprofessional to the customers. I rented a studio at Kazinczy utca 13 to move there in mid-August 2021. I have never lived in Budapest before, nor have been there as a tourist, so I knew absolutely nothing about the fact that Kazinczy is a very loud, party street. Opposite the apartment is the Szimpla Kert club. The housing agent working for the agency told me there was a club, but she explained that it would be loud only in the summer season, in the academic year I would be able to sleep every night without any problems and Szimpla would be quiet. It was just a lie. There were so old, weak windows in the apartment that you could hear every conversation on the street, and due to the parties in Szimpla, it was impossible to sleep until at least 4 am. After half a year of using earplugs at night, my ears were torn and I had the choice: either not be able to sleep without earplugs because of the noise, or not be able to sleep with them because of the pain. The cleanliness issue also leaves much to be desired. When I spoke to the agent through the webcam in July, she showed me that there were some spider webs and dirt in the apartment, but she said that before I move in, it will all be cleaned. It was another lie. I spent my first week in Budapest cleaning - there were disgusting stains on the mattress, limescale in the toilet, spider webs in every corner, lots of dust, and a clogged sink. When I reported the situation to the lady working in the agency, she said they couldn't do anything, they have just given me a contract to sign and I have agreed to everything. Of course, I broke the contract early and moved out when I found a new apartment. Of course, I didn't get the deposit back (and the deposit was 2 monthly fees). When I took the keys to the agency office to give them back, I asked the man who was working in reception to give me some confirmation that we terminate the contract earlier, because I don't trust this agency and I wouldn't like to get e-mails reminding me about the payment in the following month, when I won't live there anymore. He laughed in my face and said he would not give me any documents, because what for. I said I wouldn't go until I got any confirmation and finally, with great impatience, he wrote it for me. When I told him the story, he also asked what did I expect from living in the midtown. I don't recommend this agency, they are tricksters preying on people who are not familiar with the city.
