I don't recommend it to anyone, we have a very bad experience with it. We've had 3 occasions on this holiday with Vista: the first, the last, and never again!

V	Vakány Mária on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Értékelés: Sevki Bey Hotel-Alanya 3csillagos 2018. 08 23.-08.30-ig Vista utazási iroda szervezésében a San-Fun repülőtársaság charterjáratával utaztunk. A repülőút 3és fél óra, busszal a transfer szállodáig 5óra volt. 19:40-re értünk a szállodába mert a sofőr a 8 szállóból kettőhöz talált oda egyenesen.,a miénk volt a legmesszebb a reptértől ahol nem kaptuk meg a kifizetett STANDARD szobát,mert nem volt üres szobájuk. Átmenetileg el kellett fogadnunk egy bungallót aholl 50-70 Cfok volt. Csatolok képet erről :szék nincs, az erkélyen lévő fonott fotel és a padlózat beszakadva.Másnap reggel találkoztunk a magyar nyelvű idegenvezetőnkkel a San Fun csapatból. Kértük keressen nekünk helyet máshol, akár ráfizetéssel is vállaljuk. Az Ö segítségével kaptuk meg DU a kifizetett standard szobát. Ami már megfelelt a 3.csillagnak.Kompenzáció gyanánt felajánlottak :gyümölcstálat és ingyenes séfet. A szervezetlenséget azzal indokolták, hogy több napos ünnep ,volt , ezért nem volt megfelelő számú személyzet. Az idegenvezetőnk felajánlott egy ingyenes városnéző programot. A repülőn nem kaptunk enni,Az odaúton ebéd ,a visszaúton reggeli járt volna.az általuk kiadott tájékoztatón ez szerepelt . A visszaúton hajnali 2:30-kor jött értünk a busz. Vélemény: VISTA utazási iroda: 2 pont 7 éjszaka-6 nappal amit meg lehet hirdetni (veszítettünk 2napot) Az ott lévő magyar vendégek ,függetlenül attól mikor érkeztek :előttünk 1 nappal, pl 5 család de azok is akik váltottak minket egyik sem kapta meg a standert szobát,bungalóba helyezték el őket. A VISTA jelezze az ügyfeleknek, hogy aki ezt a szállást választja az első éjszakát bungalóban tölti. Sevki Bey Hotel: A standart szobák valóban 3csillagosak, a személyzet kedves, segítőkész,az all inclusive ellátás egyhangú,számunkra megfelelt ( sok saláta, kevés hús, mediterrán étrend.) A parton nagy hullámok, csak nagyon jó úszóknak való A szálloda tüntesse fel a honlapján, hogy minden vendéget ünneptől függetlenül az első nap bungallóban van módjuk elszállásolni. Nem érthető: hiszen hajnali fél 3-tól 19:30-ig van lehetőség takarítani. The flight took 3 and a half hours, by bus to the transfer hotel it took 5 hours. We arrived at the hotel by 19:40 because the driver had found it straight to two of the 8 hostels. We had to temporarily accept a bungalow where it was 50-70 degrees Celsius. I attach a picture of this: there is no chair, the wicker armchair on the balcony and the floor are torn. The next morning we met our Hungarian-speaking guide from the San Fun team. We asked you to find us a place elsewhere, we can even undertake a surcharge. The disorganization was justified by the fact that it was a multi-day holiday, so there was not an adequate number of staff. Our tour guide offered a free sightseeing program. We were not allowed to eat on the plane, lunch would have been there on the way back, breakfast on the way back. The information they issued stated this. On the way back, the bus came for us at 2:30 in the morning. Opinion: VISTA travel agency: 2 points 7 nights-6 days that can be advertised (we lost 2 days) The Hungarian guests there, regardless of when they arrived: 1 day before us, eg 5 families, but also those who changed us, none of them received the standard room, they were placed in a bungalow. VISTA will inform customers that whoever chooses this accommodation will spend the first night in a bungalow. Sevki Bey Hotel: The standard rooms are really 3 stars, the staff is kind, helpful, the all inclusive care is monotonous, suitable for us (lots of salad, little meat, Mediterranean diet.) Big waves on the shore, only for very good swimmers The hotel will indicate on its website that all guests, regardless of holiday, have the opportunity to stay in a bungalow on the first day. It is not clear: since it is possible to clean from 3 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.

b	bondicz tibor on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 6 " iroda", 6 telefonszám, és sajnos egyiket sem veszik fel! ( " Érdekes" ügyfélszolgálata van a Vistának..) 6 "offices", 6 phone numbers, and unfortunately none of them are picked up! (Vista has "interesting" customer service.)
