★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uncooperative and unmotivated staff member, who did not serve until directly stopped and asked. No other customers were present, was middle day. Requested cafe latte, was served extremely hot to point of burning the tongue. Asked for extra glass to help cool coffee but was questioned and told that coffee is meant to be this way, yes it is meant to be hot and warm but not burn you on your first sip. Very rude staff. Do not recommend for coffee.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vitrin is an up and coming café/restaurant. The staff are outstanding, food and drinks are excellent. They’ve upgraded their menu recently with flavoured iced coffees, lemonades, sandwiches, salads, desserts, and more! Dogs are welcome! Wheelchair accessible seating! Very calm and cozy environment all year round. Also, great for students looking for a quiet place to study! Absolutely recommended to all of you that are passing by. Just walk in, try a coffee, sit for a few minutes...you’ll know exactly what I mean.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cool cafe! Great coffee Very friendly staff. Best thing was the gigantic subterranean toilets. I am not kidding, I have never seen such a humongous toilet in any cafe, let alone this small-ish one. Also, kept in an mainly satisfying manner. A good place to have a drink while waiting to see the saucy puppet show in the university clock.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good cocktail variety, good prices but I didn’t understand the concept of this place. The design is really nice but the furniture is like from a fast food so it was with mixed feelings. Music was really loud so I would say it’s more of a drinking beer kind of place than going for drinks with the girls. Staff was helpful.
