hát már több mint 20 percet itt állunk sorszámmal de legalább kedvesek a kollégák... kiderült hogy az "új rendszer miatt nem lehet 18 éven alul adategyeztetést végrehajtani"ezért megérte fél órát a semmiért...

Mobiltelefont szerettünk volna vásárolni, mire a flegma válasz a fiatalember részéről ennyi volt: "Nem lehet telefont vásárolni, nem jó a rendszer!" Ezt olyan stilusban, mintha ezt nekem tudnom kellene. Csalódás volt, mert eddig nem volt ilyen probléma egyik ügyfelessel sem. Nyilván tájékozódtunk előtte a honlapon a lehetőségekről, de sehol nem volt feltüntetve, hogy ez most nem lehetséges. Én elhiszem, hogy hosszú napja volt, és lehet aznap mi voltunk a sokadik ügyfél akinek ezt el kellett mondani, de egyszerűbb lenne akkor, ha nem is a honlapon, mert ugye hónapok óta nem működik rendesen, legalább az üzlet ajtaján jelezni az ügyfeleknek. Megkímélt volna minket is és.... magát is!
We wanted to buy a cell phone, and the phlegmatic response from the young man was, "You can't buy a phone, the system is not good!" I do it in a style like I need to know that. It was a disappointment because I haven’t had such a problem with any of my clients so far. Apparently we had been informed about the possibilities on the website beforehand, but nowhere was it stated that this is not possible now. I believe it was a long day and maybe that day we were the many customers who had to tell this, but it would be easier if not on the website because it hasn’t been working properly for months, at least at the store door to signal to customers. It would have spared us and ... yourself!

Azért 2 csillag, mert nagy ritkán bele lehet botlani egy-egy normális, hozzáértő ügyintézőbe is. Egyébként a cég egy nagy nulla és maga a szolgáltatás is. Aki teheti más szolgáltatóhoz menjen.
It's 2 stars because it's very rare to stumble upon a normal, knowledgeable clerk. Anyway, the company is a big zero and the service itself. Who can do it go to another provider.

COSTUMER SERVICE IS WORST. if you can get equal service you need from digi or telekom don’t doubt a second.

One of the worst companies to deal with! They are incredibly unprofessional. If you're a foreigner, they start talking and laughing at you. Their services are horrible, Wifi is the worst! I do not recommend it to anyone. You're better off taking DiGi or Telekom.

There is a severe problem in attitude against foreigners. Some clerks didn't hesitate to tell the BIGGEST lies that I have ever found in my life. When I went there to stop my Wifi contract, they cheated me and told that I didn't need to do it and all I needed to do is just to ignore the invoices, then the contract would be terminated automatically. But in the end it turned out that I needed to pay them!! I paid extra money!! On that day, two clerks were laughing, talking to each other in Hungarian, and refused to terminate the contract. I could not imagine why they were laughing at that moment, but in the end I realized that they were just enjoying making fun of me. Which foreigners can doubt the clerks' word at their office! I just trusted them and my money was stolen!!
