Ügyfélszolgálatot felkerestem, nem tud róla/nem kapott tájékoztatást, hogy bármi miatt zárva lenne az üzlet, "nyitva kell lennie". The store is closed (04.16). А	Александр Александр on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Взял номерок 001 , за мной зашла женщина с ребенком номерок 002, после нас зашло человек 20 им предоставили полное обслуживание,когда мы с помощью мобильного телефона спрашивали у консультанта когда же наступит наконец наш черёд , она якобы не понимая указывала нам на табло, где якобы должны засветится наши номера, хотя уже за время ожидания мы поняли что нас просто не хотят обслуживать , после долгих ожиданий и многочисленных бесед с консультантом, нас приняли но оказалось что сегодня мы не можем получить сим карты , как было сказано приходите в другой день, Вам не кажется это дескрименацией Украинской нации. Többször kint voltak javítgatni, de a probléma maradt sajnos! A központ nehezen érhető el, kb. fél óra egy kapcsolás! Nem tudják a központban ki mit csinál! Ígérték, h 12-16 óra között kijönnek, 16:10-kor közlik,h ma már nem, majd hétfőn! 16:30-kor telefonál egy Úr, h mindjárt itt lesz nálunk javítani! ? Mai eset,ígérték átkábelezik a házat és megszűnik a hiba. Hétfő vagy keddi nap.Hétfőn telefonálok mikor jönnek? Közlik velem,nem kell itthon lennem,nem házon belüli a hiba. Utcán van gond,folyamatosan dolgoznak az elhárításon! Ma gondoltam elmegyek itthonról, pár perce voltam úton, telefonon keresnek,hogy itt vannak kábelezni! Mondom nekik tegnap nem erről volt szó! A mai napon kb. 3 órát töltöttem itt el (az üzlet levegőtlen, meleg és büdös), mert az ügyintézőnek fogalma sincs egy-két szolgáltatásról, hiányos a tájékoztatás. Egy-két ügyintézőn kívül a többsèg inkompetens! Ebben a 3 órában nem láttam elégedetten távozó ügyfelet. Mihelyt módomban áll, szolgáltatót váltok... Just a star because less can be given. Mindennap tömeg, meleg, lassú ügyintézés és még az is sokszor eredménytelen.A hátam közepére sem kívánom, hogy oda kelljen menni, vagy erre megy ki a játék?? Hozzánemértő, lekezelő modor. Hál'Istennek lejárt a hűségidőm,erősen gondolkodom a váltáson. A 6. asztalnál ülő dolgozó a barátosnőivel 1 órán át beszélgetett, nyaralási képeket mutogatott nekik és az egészségügyi problámáit mesélte (jobbulást kivánok azért) fél 11körűl közben egyre gyülekeztünk. Én nem tudok neten intézkedni de csak ez az egy hely van Szombathelyen!! I went with my grandson, he's growing up.
