A little bit busy in the evening
I've bought my SIM card from here as an international student. They just need your passport nothing else. They will help you if you have any questions about the internet packages and your SIM card.

Don't go for any query if you are not carrying your passport. Even if you have residence permit they will not entertain you. What a "logical" rule. However I don't understand why they just don't write on the door ( Foreigners only allowed with passport) just to save your half an hour waiting time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I waited 3 hours for a SIM card. Slow, painfull and they could seldom help the other costumers with their problems. And there were a LOT of costumers with problems. If you have a subscription, you are better of cancelling it via an hour long phone call, and switching to a different provider. Also the heat was turned up to accommodate employees in shirts, why the costumers boil in their coats that they can't hang anywhere. And why would they have enough seats..
