So many times I have called and they don't have any English speaking support staff and they have to call me later, as if they forget that Budapest has a large international population.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ridiculous, shameful, pathetic. Staying and waiting OUTSIDE of the store with a ticket number to be served for more than 90 MINUTES!!!! Not considering of offering chairs or anything, yet they have plenty. Furthermore no Xovid restrictions at the moment says you arent allowed to let customers into the shop whatsoever

There were people that came in 20 minutes after me and were served. I asked for the manager and she refused to come because she was in a break...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I order internet for home 3 day’s ago. I don’t get contract to email. Master must come to my house to turn on internet 2 days ago. I Still don’t have internet. I call many times but they only lie by phone that’s master will come in but nothing happens. It’s a worst service in the world in Hungary at Vodafone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all no concern about the service offered after entering the store,
Everything was quick, may be took just 5 minutes to make an appointment for my new internet broadband connection. Keep a valid proof handy. May be the executive could've explained little more about plans.
English speaking executives are available, if you cannot speak Hungarian.
The pain was when I had to wait, I took token at 12:40 and nearly waited 1 hour 10 minutes outside, standing.
They were not allowing people inside, I guess because of covid and it was really annoying to wait infront of the shop in a mall like that.
And if you leave and come back there's high possibility your token number will be displayed and gone and may result in further confusion. I saw one person getting mad and leaving for that.
So Vodafone team, please sort out this waiting thing.
Btw I saved one Israel guy, Joseph(who speaks English) and sent him to next Telenor shop for his sim?. He thanked while leaving Telenor with his sim and still I was standing outside.
