★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately, my experience with Vodafone spanning several countries in two continents is quite consistent - gaslighting customers with juicy deals as a bait-and-switch operation, service and app dropouts, and poor customer service.
This time, the app forced an update to a "new" version KNOWN to be non-functional, and not fixed for over a week. The store was more concerned about dedicating personnel to keeping customers out than sorting their needs. So - nothing new. ?
