★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Szakbarbárok, nem csak itt, de az egész Vodafone. Nincs sajnos szebb kifejezés arra, amit művelnek. Hibamegoldási képesség nulla, ügyfélszolgálat nulla és még sorolhatnám. Az év egyik legjobb döntése volt, hogy eljöttem tőlük. Sokallom az 1 csillagot is, amit megadtam nekik.??
Specialty bars, not just here, but throughout Vodafone. Unfortunately, there is no nicer term for what they do. Error resolution is zero, customer service is zero and I could list more. One of the best decisions of the year was to come from them. I also multiply the 1 star I gave them.??

Lehet, hogy a többi munkatárs jó arc, én nem ilyet fogtam ki.
Ezzel a szolgáltató saját magáról alakít ki véleményt. UPC miatt kerültem a Vodához, soha, semmilyen körülmények között nem választanám őket Nem egy ügyfélbarát cég.
Folyt.: az ügyfélszolgálathoz a lábamat nem teszem be, a Vodáról nem változott jó irányban a véleményem. Önkényesen változtatják a fizetési módot, ha belépek a fiókomba, nem engedi átírni. Jó kis brigád, nem mondom :(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Főleg a kedves férfi kollégának szól. Bár nem vele intéztem az ügyet, az üzlet másik oldaláról beszólt, majd kibeszélt a nála ügyetintezo úrral. Amúgy is borzalmasan szar a vodafon. próbálok minden előfizetést illetve kapcsolatot megszüntetni velük. De a kollégák legalább meg rátesznek egy lapáttal. Nem ajánlom senkinek, se a céget, se azt hogy itt intézzen ügyet.
