Azt mondta a mai napra beosztott ügyfélszolgálatos fiatalember, hogy ebben a vodafone üzletben bizony erre nincs lehetőség semmilyen módon, hívjam fel az ügyfélszolgálatot és majd ők majd elintézik nekem. Leesett az állam.. hiszen személyesen vagyok ott, a telefonos ügyfélszolgálat tanácsára kerestem fel egy vodafone üzletet. Felhívtam a vodafone ügyfélszolgálatot , ők azt mondták BÁRMELYIK vodafone üzletben el kell hogy intézzék. A tájékoztatás, segítségnyújtás siralmas és gyalázatos volt, nem voltam megelégedve. Nem kaptam megfelelő, tartalmas tájékoztatást ebben az üzletben. I was in their store today. I wanted to unlock the IMEI number of my phone. The state has fallen ... since I am there in person, I visited a vodafone store for advice from telephone customer service. I called vodafone customer service, they told me ANY vodafone store should take care of it. The information and assistance was deplorable and disgraceful, I was not satisfied. I did not receive adequate, meaningful information in this store.

Május elején /szombaton/ voltam az üzletükben a kötelező adategyeztetés miatt, amit a kolléganőjük sajnos ahogy ma kiderült hibásan végzett el, mivel megszűntették a telefonszámomat ezért! Szeptember 23-án járt le a tv szerződésem és nem engedik személyesen lemondani. Arra hivatkoznak, hogy csak telefonon lehetséges de nem tudják elmondani melyik melléken. 27 perce beszélgetek egy autómatával. Accidentally, no one should contract vodafone for anything, especially home service. My tv contract expired on september 23 and i won’t be allowed to cancel in person. They argue that it is only possible by phone but cannot tell which extension. I've been talking to a vending machine for 27 minutes.

Eleve fél órát raboltak tőlem, mire egy halandó emberrel tudtam kommunikálni, hogy megkérdezzek egy végtelenül egyszerű dolog elintézésének folyamatát, feltételeit. Ennek tudatában jöttem ebbe az üzletbe, felkészülten, hogy minél hamarabb el legyen intézve, mivel mindez a munkaidőmből megy. Kizárólag azoknak ajánlom, akik szeretik kínozni magukat és szeretik a folyamatosan szopatják. Nekik tökéletes lesz ez a cég. Csicskafone is the most whispering company in the whole country. The person working in the store says something different than the one I talked to at the center.
