★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ZOLTAN IS THE WORST SALES MANAGER EVER! AVOID THIS STORE! He is openly hostile, speaks in completely contradictory English - he pretends to speak it but of course doesnt - refuses to honor Telenor's online advertised prepaid SIM prices (telling me it was "for Hungarians only"). It was impossible to be sure of even the most basic details of what I was buying from him in the end. You get about two GB more data for the same price here as Vodafone IF you get an honest sales person - but you may just have an hour or more of your day wasted as I just did. It is really not worth it. Go to Vodafone. If you are staying in Budapest, the coverage will work beautifully , they will speak English, and they actually understand customer service.
If you work for Telenor and are reading this, please fire Zoltan! He provided one of the worst experiences I've had shopping in Budapest - and I can't imagine how much business you are losing because of him.

Although I have been able to renew the package last month for two months, I can not use it after one month is over. Big nonsense. They get double the money, but half of the money is not in the package. Theft is official. I really regret that I chose this shop. I had never seen a place so far away from professionalism.
