Mivel csekket nem küldenek így mindig be kellett menni fizetni a szolgáltatóhoz … de erre sajnos nem volt idő így kértük hogy a számlájáról vonják sikerült is hellyel közzel 3 hónapot levenniük!! A többivel mi történt ?? Azt miért nem vonták?? Pénz volt a számlán még se!!! Ezért önhibáján kívül ki kapcsolták a telefonokat !!! Már 3 napja könyörgök hogy legyen valami de semmi!!! Utaljunk oké utaltunk !! Ja de bocsi ma már semmi oké akkor holnap másnap viszont még mindig semmi!!! Undorító a Vodafone !!! És még kapcsolási díjat fizettetnek vele… undorító szolgáltató!!! Az ügyintézés gyorsan ment, mivel fél év után még mindig szolgáltatás megszűnése volt a kérésem, de a 6 hónap alatt még mindig túl bonyolultnak bizonyult ez a kérés elíntézése. Szomorú az a tény, hogy többszöri kérés, email írás után még mindig nem sikerült, ezt a dolgot elíntézni. Természetesen szolgáltatás már nincs hónapok óta csak fizetésre felszólító e-mailek és csekkek vannak. Sajnálom, hogy egy valaha kedvelt szolgáltató negatív irányba tart. Ez nem a pandémia miatt van.
