L	Lars Frings on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely unfriendly waiters. Also I bit on this piece of wood that I found in my mushroom soup. The food is good but there are also a lot of other good places to eat traditional food in Budapest. I would not recommend this place to fellow travelers.

We have been there 3 days in a row and the waiter made us feel so special and even ensured that we got lamb we had ask for on our last day. It is not as cozy or modern as other restaurants but the food and the wine is perfect.

All of those dishes were delicious, food came out quickly (in about 15 minutes) and service was also very timely. Second visit was ok... we tried items from the regular menu and they were tasted bland. Stick with the specials.

Exactly what I was looking for during my time in Budapest. The little ones wanted the giant schnitzel. It was no problem to order one for the both of them. Even then the schnitzel was way too big for them to be able to finish it. The meat wasn't dried out like it usually is and it tasted really good. My wife ordered the salmon. Also here no dry piece of fish like you often get, but just the way it should be. I had the Hungarian Mix Grill. Good tasting sausage, great chicken schnitzel and an excellent bbq style rib. The rib made me feel sad I didn't go for the ribs, so good. Pricewise I can't complain. I've eaten for less in Budapest, but the quality of this food is miles ahead in my opinion. If anyone asks where to eat, I'll recommend this place.

Not too salty for my taste. Live music performance, but performer might go to your table as a hint to tip them. Better to prepare some bankbotes in advance in your wallet if you find the performance good, which was true in my case.

We had a great time, wines and meals were very good quality at a friendly price. We will definitely come back.
