A	A K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Egal wass passiert in diesem Panzion der Besitzer will immer Recht haben und er ruft telefonisch mit SMS email und bietet die Kunden um einen 10 Punkte Bewertung obwohl er akzeptiert die Probleme ,man darf nicht die Wahrheit sagen das wegen bin nicht sicher ob die Bewertung richtig und original sind ich möchte nicht mehr weiter schreiben einfach Finger weg nicht zum empfehlen für alle Deutschen und Italienische Kunden No matter what happens in this panzion the owner always wants to be right and he calls by phone with SMS email and offers the customers a 10 point rating although he accepts the problems ,you can't tell the truth because I'm not sure if the rating is correct and are original I don't want to write any more simply hands off not recommended for all German and Italian customers

I have never been to this boarding house, but the owner responds to any negative reviews in person with an individually written argument. This is encouraging in every way!

N	N W on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zeer goede prijs-kwaliteitverhouding. Goede ontvangst, instructies voor inchecken zijn duidelijk (even bellen van te voren). Gratis parkeren kan voor de deur. Kamer (deluxe) is groot, schoon en luxe ingericht. Badkamer ook groot met heerlijke (massage) douche. Eigenaar/personeel is behulpzaam en denkt graag met je mee. Het ontbijt is het geld waard. Verse koffie, gekookte eitjes, broodjes en uitgebreide keus aan broodbeleg. Het bed is comfortabel en groot. Het stadscentrum is op loopafstand. Ik zou hier zeker weer een kamer boeken als ik in Pécs ben. Very good value for money. Good reception, instructions for check-in are clear (just call in advance). Free parking is available in front of the door. Room (deluxe) is large, clean and luxuriously furnished. Bathroom also large with wonderful (massage) shower. Owner/staff is helpful and likes to think along with you. The breakfast is worth the money. Fresh coffee, boiled eggs, sandwiches and an extensive choice of toppings. The bed is comfortable and large. The city center is within walking distance. I would definitely book a room here again when in Pécs.

A reggeli bőséges svédasztalos. Friss kenyér, péksütemény és zöldségek várják a vendégeket. Csak ajánlani tudom mindenkinek.? Very friendly place. Comfortable, clean room and bathroom. The owners and staff are very kind, polite, fulfilling almost every wish of the guests. Breakfast is a rich buffet. Fresh bread, pastries and vegetables are available. I can only recommend it to everyone.?

A 8-as szobáról tudok írni, mert ott töltöttünk el 2 napot: Nagyon igényes, szép, láthatóan új minden, a bútorok szinte tökéletesen vannak kitalálva és elhelyezve, minden a lazulásról szól. :) A fürdőszoba különösen tetszett, hihetetlenül igényes, nagyon modern és nagy. Mindenkinek csak ajánlani tudom. Aki az érkezéskor fogadott minket (tulajdonos...? ) NAGYON kedves volt, mindenben segített és érezhető volt, hogy ez nem azért van így, mert ez a munkája, hanem őszintén ilyen. A belváros gyalog pár perc, de nagyon nyugodt és csendes helyen van, nyitott ablaknál is tudtam aludni, pedig extra-zajérzékeny vagyok. (Van légkondi is, ami szintén szinte hangtalan, de én inkább nem használtam). Ár/érték arányban verhetetlen, kifejezetten barátságos áraik vannak (simán kifizettem volna kétszer ennyit is és ugyanezt írnám). Very pleasant place. I can write about room 8, because we spent 2 days there: Everything is very demanding, beautiful, visibly new, the furniture is almost perfectly invented and arranged, everything is about relaxation. :) I especially liked the bathroom, it was incredibly demanding, very modern and big. I can only recommend it to everyone. Whoever received us on arrival (owner ...?) Was VERY kind, helped in everything, and it was felt that this is not because it is his job, but honestly like that. The city center is a few minutes on foot, but it is in a very calm and quiet place, I was able to sleep with the window open, even though I am extra sensitive to noise. (It also has air conditioning, which is also almost silent, but I prefer not to use it). They have unbeatable value for money, they are very friendly (I would have paid twice as much and would have written the same thing).

Could you send more information for your guests if you have specific hotel rules before your guest come for check-in? Update: Right now (at 2 am) 10 guests are talking in full voice, one of them has settled in with a dog and it's barking at 2 am. In the courtyard, right next to the my window, 3 of guests smoke and also talk in a loud voice. Soon 3 am... There is no concierge, or at that moment he smokes and laughs through the window. Worst hotel in Hungary. -3/10
