I bring it to WDL and on the 4th time the Service manager take my issue personally. For me was positive that my problem was escalated and finally solved! I accept that the things can broken independently from price, but I also know that everithing can fixed! 2019.07.23 I receive an answer from the Service Manager, which I judge positive. Basically I trust that my problem will be solved! I will come back with result. I appreciate the handling of my issue! 2019.09.09 After the discussion with Service manager my watch was repaired and the problem fixed. Thanks for the support in this issue!

She lectures people instead of helping them, excercising her believed powers over people who she thinks know less than her. I hope the shop will get rid of her asap, as it hurts the business of anotherwise excellent service. A very low level of customer care even with Hungarian standards. Will bring my watches to other service shops until she is there and keeps damaging the shop's reputation. Sorry fellas, choose your colleagues more wisely.
d	daniel poka on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Complete rip off and very bad service! 7k HUF for a battery change. ? other places can do this for 2k HUF. Also i requested a full check on the watch, it took them 10 days to look at it (they promised 2-3 days). They changed the battery without asking me if i want to pay for it or not (after they sent me an emil about the offer) Also wanted them to fix the stopper on the watch, they made it worse... Swatchgroup mentality, take your watch anywhere else but there!

Now I brought it back to the service and it was checked again for a reasonable price(~55€), and even the larger scratches were removed from the glass. Thanks a lot, excellent reception and professional work. See you at the latest in 2033 :)
