These guys rock, have done a great job helping me restore/gix my 1950 bmw motorcycle. Helped me to walk thru alot of issues that were done incorrectly by the last people that worked on rebuilding my oldtimer motor. Cant say enough about them.

I get BMWs since 17 years (5 different one during this time period: X5s, 530xd, 740xd) but it was the first time at this service station. I made the online booking for the appointment with the BMW application (it works well!). The booked appointment was changed by the service station a few days before the appointment. The repair was very expensive and I still do not understand how could they charge so high fee for me as my car spent less time in the service station than the working fee divided by the official hourly rate of the service station listed there. So if they worked only on my car and did not make any other work they still couldn't spend so much time on my car. The other disappointing action was that they offered (in written) 10% discount from the total price but finaly they gave it only 10% from the accessories which was the minority of the total cost. And last unacceptable point that they added additional 8% transaction and other costs to the final price they provided to me which additional charges were never mentioned before! So it was my worst experience in the last 20 years since I'm owning cars. I could expect such low quality, swindler service only by non-official, unprofessional, small garage-service stations in the darkest part of Ukraine or Russia and not in an official BMW station in Budapest. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYBODY!
