A helyben készült krémük pedig használhatatlan és darabos.
A szép régi külső nem megfelelő tartalommal párosult...
The drug product is not sold at the pharmacy and is not replaced afterwards. Wrong place!
And their homemade cream is useless and lumpy.
The nice old look was paired with inappropriate content ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A sorbanállás nincs jól megoldva és az átlagosnál többször nincs a számunkra szükséges gyógyszer (és nem ritka betegség ritka gyógyszeréről van szó). De a kiszolgálást ezen kívül szeretem!
Queuing is not well resolved and more than average there is no drug we need (and it is not an orphan drug of rare disease). But I also like the service!

Very cozy pharmacy, kind service. In most cases, we can buy everything we need there. It would be good if there was an on-call service in addition to opening hours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nulla segítőkészség, vevő semmibe vevése, sőt, kiröhögése. Nagyképűek, meghazudtolják a vásárlót, és még bocsánatot sem képesek kérni, mikor hibáznak. E-receptet hol kiadják, hol nem. Soha többet nem hagyom itt a több tízezer forintomat, köszönöm.
Zero helpfulness, customer disregard, even laughter. They are arrogant, belie the customer, and are not even able to apologize when they make a mistake. E-prescription is issued where it is not. I will never leave my tens of thousands of forints here again, thank you.
