★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A liftekből kevés van és azok is szinte naponta elromlanak, a forgókapuk "szerencsére" csak néhány havonta. A légkondicionáló csak keringeti a benti elhasznált levegőt, friss levegőt alig kever hozzá. (Ahol én dolgozom gyakorlatilag nincs nyitható ablak!)
There are few elevators and they also break down almost daily, the revolving gates "thankfully" only every few months. The air conditioner only circulates the used air inside, barely mixing fresh air. (Where I work there is virtually no window to open!)

A kocsival várakozók nagyon sokan vannak, és végig tilosban teszik - érthető a WestEnd üzletek miatt, de érthetetlen hogy az irodai dolgozókra sem lehet várakozni - szabályosan - sehol a közelben.
Nice clean offices with the right technical equipment.
There are many people waiting for the car and making it forbidden - it is understandable for the WestEnd stores, but it is inconceivable that office workers can not be waiting - normally - anywhere near.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Az épület előtt lezárták minden magyarázat nélkül a járdát teljes szélességében egy felirat nélküli műanyag szalaggal. Maradt a sár, ahova mehet az ember, mert a másik oldalra nem tud átmenni, és sötétben messziről nem látszik a lezárás. Ráadásul a biztonsági őr üvöltözik az emberrel és nem ad magyarázatot se... 21.század Magyarország. Hát viselkedni és intézkedni tudni kell.... Gratulálok!
In front of the building, the sidewalk was sealed, without any explanation, with an unmarked plastic tape along its entire width. The mud was left where you could go, because you can't go to the other side, and in the dark the closure didn't seem visible. What's more, the security guard screams at the man and gives no explanation ... 21st Century Hungary. Well, you have to act and act .... Congratulations!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A belvárosra nem jellemzően két udvar részleggel is rendelkező épület komplexum. A belterület általában tiszta rendezett. A központi hűtés/fűtés rendben volt. A mosdókra némi felújítás ráférne.
The downtown is not typically a building complex with two courtyard sections. The interior is usually clean and tidy. Central cooling / heating was fine. The sinks would need some renovation.
